Vicky de la Cruz:
An experienced educator and client success professional with a strong background in teaching, curriculum delivery, and student engagement across diverse K–12 environments. Over the past seven years, Victoria has taught a wide range of subjects—primarily in English—spanning elementary through high school levels, including Social Studies, Philosophy, and Civics. She currently balances dual roles as a 6th-grade Critical Thinking Teacher and a Client Success Partner at Yellowdig. Holding a B.A. in Education from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Victoria is dedicated to fostering critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and meaningful learning experiences across both classroom and digital settings.
Alessandra Pullen:
With over 20 years of experience in education and a decade in the B2B and SaaS market, Alessandra Pullen is a versatile, results-oriented professional specializing in Customer Experience and Success, Project Development, Teacher Development, and Pedagogical Management. Driven by a passion for cultivating engagement and success in both classroom and corporate environments, Alessandra began her career in Bilingual Education, leading curriculum development and multidisciplinary teams across early childhood, elementary, and high school contexts. Holding international certifications and specialized expertise in Active Learning Methodologies and Hybrid Learning, Alessandra leverages a deep understanding of learning needs to build highly collaborative environments.
Over the past year, she transitioned this expertise into the ed-tech sector as a Success Manager at Yellowdig, directly applying skills in Strategic Account Management and Client Onboarding to maximize platform adoption and retention. In this role, Alessandra builds trusting relationships with institutions, guiding them to fully leverage the platform for student-to-student communication and community building, while also serving as the voice of the customer to drive ongoing product enhancements.
Debra Olberding:
An experienced educator and success manager with a background in instructional design, educational technology, and adult learning. For the past three and a half years, Debra has served as a Success Manager at Yellowdig. Her previous roles include Educational Technologist and Online Instructional Designer, where she developed faculty training programs and online courses. Additionally, Debra taught in the MAED program for many years. Holding a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction, Debra has committed her career to advancing effective teaching and learning strategies within higher education.
Daniela Sanchez:
With a background in medicine and language education, Daniela Sanchez brings a learner-centered perspective to her role as a Client Success Partner at Yellowdig. Before joining the team, she taught English to learners of all ages and developed a strong interest in student engagement and effective teaching practices. Daniela holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about supporting educators in creating collaborative and engaging learning experiences.
